William Mooseker |
![]() | A 1965 MIT graduate, William H. Mooseker worked with the California Department of Water Resources 1965-67, with John Graham & Company in Seattle 1967-73 and 1975-85, and with N. G. Jacobson 1973-75. In 1985 he co-founded Summit Technologies, and beginning in 1987 did independent contracting as WHM Consultants. Along with Gerard Dixon, Bill co-authored a 1973 "Discussion: Steel Column Base Plate Design" and a 1979 paper on "Computer-Aided Preliminary Design." |
