SEAW Spokane: September Meeting - Concrete Anchorage

Sam Downs has been a structural field engineer with Hilti for the last 4 ½ years, prior to this he was a design engineer at KPFF (Portland) and IMEG (Madison, WI) respectively. He Graduated in 2016 with a degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Platteville.  In his spare time enjoys spending time with his two pugs, traveling, and playing board games. He lives in Portland but covers the state of Oregon, Eastern Washington, Idaho, and Montana for Hilti.
