After graduating from Cornell University with a BA in 1972 and a Masters in 1973, Charles Griffis worked for several years in the oil industry. He practiced structural engineering in the Seattle area with KPFF, TRA, and The Harris Group before establishing CT Engineering in 1984. The firm specializes in building projects: single- and multi-family residential, mixed-use and low-rise commercial and retail. With SEAW, Charlie served as Program Committee Chair and Director. Beginning in 2013, he served on the SEFW Board of Directors.
