Scholarship Recipient 2015 Hillary Tervet graduated in June 2015 with her BS in Civil Engineering from Seattle University. She plans to attend SU in the Fall to begin her master’s program. From Federal Way, Hillary graduated from Todd Beamer High School and also attended Highline Community College and Bryn Mawr College before SU. While at SU, she served as President of the ASCE student chapter, participated in the steel bridge and concrete canoe competitions, and on the 1st-place team for the SEAW Student Competition. Hillary had internships at both Sound Transit and King County Metro, and appreciated the opportunity to take a service trip to Nicaragua with Professionals Without Borders. She enjoys snowboarding.
