Joe Ferzli received the MSCE from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. He worked with SCA Consulting Engineers 1999-2006, becoming a Senior Associate; then with Cary Kopczynski & Company, Inc., Bellevue. His SEAW activities have included chairing the Education Committee.
