Luke Heath received the BSCE (2000) and the MSCE (2001) from Washington State University.

He has worked with PCS Structural Solutions, Tacoma, since graduation, becoming an associate with the firm. The firm provides structural consulting services for public and private clients in the Pacific Northwest. Luke has performed project management on numerous K-12 school buildings, churches, and industrial buildings.

He joined SEAW upon graduation, and has taken an active part in the organization.
