Ross T. Atkinson headed the structural engineering group as an Associate Partner of The Richardson Associates/TRA for more than two decades. His SEAW activities included two terms on the Board, representing SEAW on the AELC Professional Licensing Committee, and chairing the "Failures Seminar," considered a major success.
